100 Creatures in 30 Days - ConceptArt.org Forums
I’ve been anticipating this competition for a few weeks now. I haven’t participated in a creature of the week competition on the site yet but I figured this is a good way to kick it off and really get myself into drawing creatures.
The subjects I’ve tentatively picked are:
Plague Dragon
One-Horned Glacier Slider
Striped Beast of Skies
Electric Swamp Dweller
Heat Generating Hunter Fish
Flying Pearl of Night
Phosphorescent Tunnel Digger
Golden Lantern Beetle
Cute Six Legged Egg Sucker
Nocturnal Light Dazzler
I am to draw 10 creatures for each category before October 30th. It will definitely be difficult to push my self through this but I’m taking it as a personal challenge. My drawing skills haven’t been used much in the last year so it will be a bit of a cold start for me.
